Learning About the Use of Technology in Accounting and Control Issues

Andalus Institute for Tolerance and Anti-violence Studies (AITAS) is an independent research institution established in 2004. It  is committed to become a pioneer organization in Egypt in the field of tolerance and anti-violence studies. AITAS works in Egypt and the MENA region to strengthen the values of tolerance and eliminate all forms of discrimination. It is inspired by the “Declaration of Principles on Tolerance”, proclaimed and signed by the member states of  UNESCO on November 16, 1995. AITAS's main vision is to fight cultural, racial, sexual, political and religious intolerance and violence caused by ignorance and oppression of the basic human rights in Egyptian society. The institute aims to create a new Egyptian culture in which any form of racism, discrimination and violence cannot be socially accepted or stay unpunished by the law. This vision comes from the belief that Egypt has the ground to grow a better society and to become a model of tolerance in the world. The institution also believes that the future is in the hands of the youth, as they are the leaders of tomorrow. The new generation needs to be more tolerant and less violent, they can be a voice for change in society. According to AITAS, engaging the young men and women of Egypt will be the most effective way to promote tolerance and eradicate deeply-rooted structural and cultural violence.
