Job Overview :

Reporting directly to Power System Sales Manager, the position will serve as primary contact to major EPG customers in Tripoli region. This individual will be responsible for execution of a strategic business plan which includes; quoting and winning the Equipment opportunities, as well as coaching and mentoring the Product Support Representative that is currently in place at the branch.

The successful candidate will develop and maintain effective client relationships to support the marketing of sales and services. He will perform timely and effective research, and communicate and respond to customer and Caterpillar issues. The individual will prepare accurate and timely equipment forecasts, pricing, estimates and market intelligence; and develop and maintain client information utilizing FL Tractors’s CRM software. The successful candidate must have previous major account management experience and/or possess a related post-secondary education. Previous sales experience will be considered an asset.

• Achieve targets for revenue, profitability and asset management.

• Maintain sound long term relationships with the customer base as well as Caterpillar and FLT internally.

• Understand the customers' business and proactively develop timely deal strategies
