Job Description
Responsibilities:
Promote and support a culture where safety and environment compliance is a top priority. Must initiate actions that will enhance the operation’s safety and environmental performance.
Provide project management and engineering design support.
Review pipeline and facilities efficiencies to make sure all facilities are operating at max efficiency levels.
Responsible for compression and well sire facilities projects.
Review all facilities and gathering systems for optimization and to reduce bottlenecks.
Advise team and field operations on any opportunities including de-bottlenecking to enhance productivity.
Ensure all facilities engineering projects are designed, constructed, and turned over to operations in compliance with applicable regulations, corporate standards, and engineering best practices.
Provide facilities engineering support.
Provide day to day support to the operations group.
Responsible for identifying areas for improvement and undertaking trials and studies to improve the overall performance of Oil Company’s operations
Mentor young National Staff in the area of process engineering/simulation.

Position Requirements
Skills / Qualifications Required: With background in Oil Fields Services and Gas Plants
With background in Flare Systems (very important)

Minimum Education Level required: Bachelor
Minimum Years of Experience required: 10 to 15 Years
