1. Attain business growth as set in the targets
2.Visit and communicate with customers to build and develop customer relationship to ensure serving their needs.
3.Build and maintain a regular flow of business opportunities and leads
4.Support customers with their business needs and communicate with operational teams to ensure satisfactory service
5.Handle and resolve customer complaints to ensure customers are satisfied.
6.Maintain proper customer information
7.Provide customers with offers/quotations and follow-up on opportunities
8.Drive customers to pay on time as contracted and as per credit policies.
9.Drive customers to utilize Aramex shipping tools to give customers control and visibility over their shipments and reduce cost of transactions by customers.
10.Follow procedures related to the CRM system
11.Maintain and update customers information on the CRM systems
•Libyan citizen residing in Benghazi
•Bachelor Degree in a related field.
•MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Power Point&Outlook)
•1-2 years Sales experience
•Driving License Skills,
