At the bureau of General National Congress, thevice-president  of General National Congress Dr.JomaAtigha has discussed with the Sudanese ambassador in Libya Mr. Haj Majed Mohammad Asswar the way to develop and support the mutual relations between the two countries in different kinds of fields,Dr. Atigha said in statement to Libya New Agency after the meeting – that he reviewed with the Sudanese Ambassador the status in Sudan and other some political issues in region, in addition of discussion of other shared issues which service the benefit of the two countries. Dr. Atigh ensured that the mutual relations which ties Libya and Sudan are special relations and old neighbor-hood.. Referring that Libya does not forget Sudan attitude and its support during 17February revolution to the Libyan people, which expresses brother-hood relations, Atigha added we ensure to develop the our relation in all kind of fields, this meeting  comes in time of opening new cooperation prospects for the benefit of the mutual experience, especially what related to the political and parliamentary experience in Sudan and its nature of life.

The Sudanese ambassador clarified in his statement to Libya News Agency that he furnished the vice-president of GNC with adequate clarification about the status of events in Sudan.
